My collegue was involved in a car accident, she has put in for injury claim but not has not been to the doctors. The accident was from 2 months ago, what must she do. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

If she was hurt why would she not seek medical treatment in order to get better. A 3rd party (the adjuster) needs to have something to show that the person was injured. Without some type of medical opinion it would be difficult to tell of the person was injured or not. Personally, when the person's "injury" is not enough to warrant them going to the doctor I almost never pay an injury claim.

Also it's much better if you go to the doctor and get it certified. This will help process a claim as the extent of the injury can be determined.
