if i was on the feeder road and i made a lane change a couple of seconds before another car makes a right turn in front of my car?

No idea... as you really don't explain much about what happened. Someone dropped out of space and made a right turn while you were changing lanes. This happened out in the middle of a corn field. No idea.
Points of impact to the vehicles, layout of the roads, events leading up to the accident, traffic controls, etc. You'd need to explain off of these things.
