Posted: Sat Jul 02, 2011 9:45 pm   Post subject: How shuld I respond to letter of subrogation   y claim with my insurance company is about my kitchen floor. My first claim was about 7/8 years ago. A hot pan was dropped on the flooring and scorched a good size hole in the flooring. Insurance covered replacemnet of complete floor because flooring could not be matched matched. Recent claim is very much the same. This time though the dishwasher broke and caused the damage. Today I received a letter of subrogation.
