| I live in indianapolis, IN. and I was just involed in an accident. Now I dont have insurence it just lapsed, but the other driver that rear ended me does have insurence. Am I at fault and does his insurence copmany have to pay for my car? |

| The other driver's liability insurance should just compensate for your loss. You haven't shared enough about the accident. So, it's hard to guess the party at-fault. |

It is generally assumed that a rear end collision is the fault of the following driver. It is not always the case.
