| I need help. I was rear-ended this morning in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Last week, I let my insurance lapse as I have a ticket I cannot pay and my liscense has been suspended because of non-payment of said fine. I admit this is deeply wrong, but I drove this morning and as stated above, was rear-ended by a woman with full coverage insurance. What is gong to happen when I file a claim....will my damages to my car be covered by her insurance? |

| Yes, as MN is not a "no pay, no play" state (even if it were, your economic loss would be covered). |

And exactly why were you driving on a suspended license? If you cannot afford insurance, cannot afford to pay your traffic fine, how can you even afford to put gas in your tank?
Irresponsible persons like yourself cause the rest of us to pay inflated insurance premiums to protect ourselves in the event we happen to meet unexpectedly. _________________ CA-licensed P&C Broker-Agent and Life Agent.
