Some people want decreasing term insurance.
I cannot offer decreasing term because I know of no carrier that will allow it to be sold by 'an outsider'. |

Hi Harry,
A person usually purchases a decreasing term insurance policy in order to cover an item whole value decreases with time. I feel it's not at all a wise idea to buy such a policy for general life insurance needs. |

If you are equating "outsider" with a nonappointed agent, then you are correct. All you have to do is be appointed as an agent by one of the many companies that offer decreasing term. That is, as long as you are a licensed agent to begin with.

People want it? Is that what they told you? I had people tell me they "want" things, and then when they understand what they are talking about they don't want it any more.
Just a thought. |
