I had a minor car accident that resulted for some medical treatment of which a part of it were paid by my health insurance. It is not my fault so the other party's insurance settled to pay the medical bills. My health insurance is asking about subrogation, am i going to reimburse the amount they paid?

Depends on state laws... some allow double dipping but most don't. Chances are, if they are asking for recovery that they are entitled.

You can always see if they are willing to take less then 100%.

Health insurance companies many times want you to reimburse them if you receive the money from another insurer in a PI settlement occurring in an auto accident.

In this case you'll have to negotiate with your health insurance company to try and settle for less, if at all they agree.
