My car got stolen my insurance declined my claim they said that I was the 1 who ohh my own car. The person who actually stole my car got into an accident so now I have to pay the damage is out of my own pocket. I want to sue my insurance company I don't know where to go. Suggestions? I tried searching online but all the attorneys only deal with automobile injuries. Help me!

Wow...can't find a lawyer? If the internet and google can't solve your problem....try filing a complaint with the state insurance department

There is obviously a _lot_ of information missing on your post. If your vehicle was not stolen and you were in possession of it then usually your carrier would still extend coverage for the accident. Perhaps you were committing a felony when the accident occurred? If they denied the claim then they would have needed to explain the reason the policy would not provide liability coverage. What was this reason?

You can feel feel to sue them for Breach of Contract but you'd probably need to pay an attorney to do this. Also, you need to understand what happened. Perhaps you want to explain here.

Well i think at earlier stages only you should have claimed your insurance company. Now that they are not not at all co-operating, the only option left is consulting and hiring services of a professional who will help you resolve this matter.
