Insurance declined my claim

Posted: Wed Oct 19, 2011 3:40 pm   Post subject: Insurance declined my claim   My car got stolen my insurance declined my claim they said that I was the 1 who ohh my own car. The person who actually stole my car got into an accident so now I have to pay the damage is out of my own pocket. I want to sue my insurance company I don't know where to go. Suggestions? If your vehicle was not stolen and you were in possession of it then usually your carrier would still extend coverage for the accident. Perhaps you were committing a felony when the accident occurred? If they denied the claim then they would have needed to explain the reason the policy would not provide liability coverage. What was this reason? You can feel feel to sue them for Breach of Contract but you'd probably need to pay an attorney to do this. Also, you need to understand what happened.
