I have garnered two tickets over the last 50 days and both of them remain unpaid to date. If I pay them off right now will my insurance company still come to know about it? Will it affect my premiums?

There are not many insurance companies that would forgive tickets, or for that matter even minor accidents. The consequence could be a minor to a major increment on your existing premium amount. However, your auto-insurance carrier and your lifetime driving history could be of great importance when the company takes any decision in this regard.
