I nned to know which insurance company will be the best for HO6 in the royal palm beac, fl 33411 area? The townhome i am purchasing is 1234 st. ft. built in 1984 the HOA has the structure ins for each unit. I just need HO6, I would like to have replacement cost as well. How much would this cost (based on I think $35,000.00)?

Find a local broker or agent who can answer your question. There are probably 500-1000 companies in Florida which can offer you an HO-6 policy.
