Lori, Whats my recourse for 'total loss' disagreement after providing enough evidence and market value analysis to adjuster? I mean if third party adjuster ignore my documentation and letter demanding vehicle ACV

You can file a complaint with your states dept of ins. Don't know how far that will get you in this matter. Other then that, file suit against their insured and/or the insurance company directly if your state allows.
