My 5 yr old & I Were struck by a car 6 months ago.i have back& neck pain he got bruises. My pip is exhausted & I got money to cover some of the bills pip dot not,but I still have outstanding bills.can I claim for pain&suffering for the both of us?we live in Florida.thanks for ur input

Your injuries need to be of a permanent nature in order to collect in FL for anything above your PIP. But in FL you can get a Dr to say just about anything. If it's just a bruise though, that would be a stretch. You can make a demand of the other carrier and see what they say.
