my car was hit in a parking lot they have the license plate number to this vehicle the police are investigating because the people in this vehcile commited a felony trying to run people over my question is i have liabilty coverage is my vehicle covered?

Not under your policy... and there is a good chance the other person's insurance will deny him/her coverage.
