My car was hit while I was standing at a light. I had the jeep towed to a jeep dealer due to the high amount of damage. The repairs are terrible and the vehicle drifts off the road. I informed. Y insurance company and because the dealer is not part of their authorized network they tell me their hands are tied. When the hero was taken to one of their certified repair facilities they agreed he repairs are awfull and said be vehicle is unsafe to drive. Now the insurance company isn't doing anything and telling me to fight he dealer. I've already tried and can't make any progress. I need help!! Please

I don't see that this has anything to do with insurance. You have a complaint against the dealership. Make a demand for your loss and if not compensated, you may need to file a lawsuit. If the complaint is that the insurance company did not pay enough for the repairs, bring them in to the suit as well.

you need to change insurance company just in case something like this happen again in the future. aslong as you had insurance on the car, the insurance company should cover it.

Written by an agent who only wants commissions for new business. This is the worst advice a person could get. Not only that, it's wrong, too.

The OP's insurance company DID cover the claim -- he said so. The problem has nothing to do with the insurance company at all. This is 100% the repair shop's problem. Had the insured used one of his insurance company's recommended collision centers instead of one of his own choosing, his insurance company ABSOLUTELY would be fighting for the repairs to be made. But . . . he didn't . . . and they don't have to (and probably won't).

Every state of the US has a consumer affairs dept that oversees auto mechanics and collision repair facilities. That's who the OP needs to make a complain to. In CA, and probably most other states, the Bureau of Automotive Repair maintains "referee" sites that will examine the repairs and determine if they were or were not done properly. If the vehicle is unsafe to operate, they can order the repair facility to fix it PRONTO!

The OP should also get something in writing from the second shop that looked at his repaired vehicle and confirms that the repairs were shoddy, and states what corrective work needs to be performed and an estimate of that expense (on the high side is best).

With that piece of evidence, he can take his case to court -- suing the collision repair facility -- and demand justice. Either the repair facility will repair to specs at their expense or they will pay for someone else to do the work for the OP. Same result.

Again, the insurance company has done nothing wrong and everything right. They honored the contract with their insured and paid for the repairs to the OP's vehicle in a timely manner.
