I was involved in a wreck on New Year's Day this year, I was driving and someone pulled in front of me and t-boned me on drivers side. It was initally a hit and run but he was caught thanks to a witness. He also had suspended license, he spent 3 months in jail, It was not his vehicle but the owner did have insurance. My car was totaled. After a MRI was done , 2 bulging disc were confirmed , I've had 12 weeks of PT, 8 weeks of Chriopactor and and Epidural Steriod Injection done along with Steriod pills. My work was able to work with me and let me do a desk job and have let me make my time up for all of my appointments which is a given because I am. Single parent. I do have a lawyer and was just wanting to know how much of a settlement I may get back? My medical bills are estimates around 10000-12000$. Thanks!

You will get 60% to 70% of whatever the attorney gets from the insurance company or at fault party, minus whatever needs to be reimbursed to your medical insurance company. How much will that be? It all depends on the skills and abilities of the attorney you chose, so ask him . . . his crystal ball may be working, mine is not.Add your comment
