my wife is "the owner" of a life insurance policy where I'm the INSURED. Now we are having some family problems and I want to change the beneficiaries. What can I do? Is she the only allowed to decide?Thanks

Nothing. You are not the owner of the policy. You can ask your wife to assign ownership to you, and if she does that, then you can name anyone or anything the beneficiary.Posted: Mon Apr 08, 2013 07:07 am Post Subject:
