Would like to know ACV on a 2001 Chrysler T & C Van Ltd, leather, AWD, rear sliding door, multi-disc CD, Video system, luggage rack, block heater. 168,000 miles on it. Hit a deer and totaled it.

ACV = replacement cost minus depreciation. Your vehicle is 12 years old and has high mileage. The ACV is a few thousand dollars at most. You can look for comparable vehicles in your region at http://www.nadaguides.com/
In the Los Angeles region, your vehicle would be valued between $1500 and $2800.
