My mom took out a life insurance policy on me when I was a kid I'm 39 years old and she refuses to cancel the policy how can I put my partner as my beneficiariy. Is there a address a address and form I can place him on & candle this fraulent policy she has on me?

The policy is not fraudulent and unless you are the owner, you have no say in it.
