I have a 7 year old domestic violence misdemeanor for Florida and I'm in Texas now and I am going to apply for the casualty and property license. Will the misdemeanor affect it?

Did you ever get an answer. Not positive but misdemeanors should not go from state to state.

A crime and a conviction has no boundaries. What happened in Florida might as well have occurred in Texas.
