can you get your property and casualty license in Virginia i

I was convicted of a paraphanelia charge (marijuana) some guy had marijuana in my car and let me take the charge for it, how nice. so I have a misdemeanor paraphanelia charge from 2008 on my record as well as a misdemeanor petit larceny charge from 3 years ago. Will this affect me getting approved for my property and casualty license in the state of Virginia?
