please help me

I have taken a policy from alanand alan group on jan 26th because of some reasons i cancelled my policy .They have taken a deposit from my account which I have not received yet when ever I call the coustomer care they are telling me that within 1 wek you will get the money but 3 months over they have not given my money back i dont know what to do please help me

Go to the company and talk directly to the manager about your problem. I hope that they will pay you as soon as possible and also will tell you the exact reason of their failure.

Like Cyrus said, speak to someone that will give you some answers! When you inquire about your refund make sure you get a check number from them and maybe even a tracking number. They should have all of that in there system. I know some companies that will hold a refund until a certain release date or even having the insured call them directly so they will release it. Good Luck on getting that refund!
