Most companies now have web sites that you can check your information, but of course you have a user name and pass word etc...so that you are the only one seeing that information (well kinda it is the net after all :roll: )...these folks are just realllllllllllllllllllllllly confused.

I see they are confused, LOL. I access my dental insurance online and you are right about the username and password, if i don't have it correct, it will not let me sign in and access my information, they are very secure, at least that has been my experience, especially since all your claim information is on there.

I think the security on the sites is great, you can not get into this one either if you don't have your correct username and password. I am glad though, would not want anyone posting under my name, hee, hee. I would hope that other sites that hold more of my personal information would have security just as tight in place to keep prying eyes off my information.
