I don't have it and don't know why I would even consider purchasing it because I don't live in a flood zone, and I am on a hill, the town is below me, so to me this would just be an extra unnecessary bill that I would not want to pay.
I tend to agree with Goodnatureds thinking. Where I live the ground is like walking on a sponge from all the rain we have had all winter but flood?No it has never flooded here and isn't likely ,so I will save myself that cost.
I did not realize that flood was not offered by a private carrier thought you could purchase it anywhere, so I learned something today. You mean if I went to my carrier that they would not have it available.
