Ok tu_chorizo, well that stinks...what is the problem? Are you trying to say you owe more than your insurance carrier is saying your ATV is worth? If so do you have GAP ins. on the note? Please expand on your question so we can be of assistance to you.

Did you report the atv stolen? Do you have a copy of the police report? It would seem that if you had the insurance on the loan, or had full coverage on the atv or had it covered under your homeowners policy that one would kick in providing you have a police report that states that the atv was stolen.
