NO! Do NOT take out this policy! I purchased a policy from them and 14 days later, they gave my account to another company...the price was the same and there was no prescription plan! Then, when I tried to cancel, I was given the run around by EVERY employee I spoke to. They double drafted my account, and I have yet to receive the $550 they owe me. DON'T DO IT! _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

I'm not sure what it is you are looking for or how much you are paying but there are alternatives. I'm with a company that offers those alternatives. We do not sell insurance but have a medical and dental plan. They cover prescription medicines at popular pharmacies such as CVS or Walmart. If you change your mind about what you have now, check out my website and contact me if you have any questions.

My insurance through my husbands job covers a different % on each proceedure done and only up to 1000 a year. A root canal can take all of that. However I have found that with a lot of dental work a Dental Discount Plan called Ameriplan is even cheaper than insurance. You can get more info at mybenefitsplus.com/rrolson. Hope this helps.

Researching any Discount Provider Company (or company in general) is crucial especially when deciding to purchase a service/plan from them.
AmeriPlan is accredited with/member of:
Better Business Bureau of Dallas
United States Chamber of Commerce
Texas Retailer's Association
American Academy of Dental Group Practice
National Association of Dental Plans
National Association of Provider Access Organizations
Direct Selling Association
Consumer Health Alliance
Gardberg, if you type in any company in google (or whatever search engine) I'm pretty sure your going to find the word "scam" next to it. According to the internet every company is a scam. I typed in Target and it popped up "scam". I typed in Baby R US and "scam" came up too, lol.
It's better to do your research on credible sites and not sites where the moderator or owner ie making money (probably on advertising) on finding those who had a bad experience to post a negative post.
But unfortunately in this day and age, one person's negative opinion seems to me the decision maker of everyone elses. Sometimes we have to think on our own and not be controlled or have someone else make decisions for us.
Just my 2 cents. And this goes for not just AmeriPlan but for any company. Credible research is the first step in making an informed decision.

For the best solution to your health and other insurance needs, find a local insurance agent and work with them to find the plans that provide the proper coverage at the price you are comfortable paying.
Many of the so-called discount health plans are not worth the paper they're printed on. People often pay good money for benefits they can obtain on their own without the cost.
It costs nothing to sit down with a reputable insurance agent in his office or at your kitchen table and discuss your needs and the solutions to them. Don't trust your financial future to a website with a toll-free number. _________________ California-licensed Property & Casualty Broker-Agent and Life & Health Agent. CA Insurance License #0596197. | My Benefits Plus tried to sign me up on their "wonderful discount plans." I had alot of questions and I wasn't getting specific answers for any of them. I went with my 'gut feeling' and never did sign up. I'm glad I didn't. isearched the internet and found several complaints on their policies. |
