Is this a good deal for anew agent?

I've been approached by an independent FSM to sell plans from multiple carriers primarily focused on MA and senior supplemental. They basically just provide some training and support and say that we get all the "street commission" and the carriers pay them. plus we are fully vested in our renewals. Is this a good deal?
