HOW CAN WE KEEP MY HUSBANDS EXWIFE FROM USING OUR INSURANCE TO GET HER MEDICATIONS. SHE HAS THE KIDS' DOCTORS CALL IN REFILLS FOR MEDS THAT SHE USES, THEN FILLS THEM FOR HER OWN USE.

I'm not clear... whos name is the doctor call the meds in under, the ex-wifes or the kids? I'm guessing the kids are listed on the medical insurance but the ex-wife is not?

In order to be billed on the insurance policy I'd think the meds would need to be for the kids. Does the doctor know that the wife is using the meds and not the kids?

report her to the insurance company as well as the doctor and whatever governing body monitors and disciplines doctors in your area...

First, how do you know this is true? And do you know the doctor is aware of this? If so again how do you know this to be fact, and not just rumor?

What really has me stumped is why the doctor himself would do this. When prescribing medicine they usually have to see the patient (child) and determine if they needed the medicine to begin with. Is there foul play on the doctors part here?
