Proof of Anti-Theft device?

My insurance company is asking for proof of anti-theft and recovery devices in order to receive the discounts. Shouldn't they know that the vehicle is equipped with these based on the make/model? I have no idea how to prove this to them.

The vehicle comes stock with a passive anti-theft device, GM Passlock II. As well as a recovery device, OnStar... which they know I have active service with..

It's not on the bill of sale, I think all GM vehicles after such a date are equipped with Passlock and OnStar straight from the factory.

Allstate once asked me to take pictures of my anti theft devices. If your vehicle has stickers of those products and features you might be able to take photos and use that.

Is your OnStar active? A vehicle can have the device installed but no service. If so, provide the company with your OnStar service agreement.

Yes, the should know automatically about Passlock II.

all most all cars come with anti theft, but NOT with theft recovery...and of course having on-star means nothing if it's not activated....you have a bill for these right? isn't there a monitoring fee/contract?
