Posted: Mon Aug 03, 2009 10:56 pm   Post subject:    Is State Farm one of the carriers involved? If they are not, you won't be able to get PIP from them. PIP is first party coverage. Do you or the owner/driver of the vehicle you were in have insurance with State Farm?
