i was hit by another car from behind. i want to sue her.

There were a few cars in from of me & i was approching the roboot when this car from behind hit me in the back badly. I want to sue that woman to pay my basic access. She told me she's not prepared to do that though it was her fault. I dont have that money and she's the one who caused that accident. My car was stationary, i dont know what speed she was driving or what was she doing to have not seen my car. Where can i do or what can i do to make sure she pays that access?

Why don't you just file it with yours and her insurance companies? I don't understand why you haven't already done that...As to sueing someone, well you certainly don't need her permission to sue her, if that's what you want to do.
