| i was married for 13 years, husband took out ins policy for me in in 1984, divorced in 1989...he kept policy and we were activily seeing each other for 9 years..he paid on the policy and told me he had it for over 19 years, now my daughter is saying she in entitled to it, when he had money for her and this was suppose to be for me married or not he said..i am the beneficiary |

You left out an important part..is he dead?
If he has you as a beneficary, your daughter hasn't a leg to stand on most likely...Why though do YOU not feel any moral obligation to provide for HIS child?
