my wife has her own vehicle. I put this vehicle, on my policy so i could drive it. The Vehicle is Completley hers however. She Moved out of state , and is no longer living with me. She is refuseing to pay me for her portion of the bill. I want to remove her from my policy since she is no longer here in the state, and i have no money from her. Why am i paying for her to have insurance? She wont be responsible and give me her portion. what should i do? mY agent said if i can prove she no longer lives with me, (which I can) i can sign her vehicle off my policy and list her as non driver. I mean, shes not paying my car insurance, why should i pay hers?

Since how long has she left you? She could very well find her self in an accident and cause your rate to increase soon..Good luck!

IF, and only IF your name is not on that vehicles registration..cancel that policy..

Ok honey, then do it.

You keep asking a question only you can answer.. I would caution you that if your name is on the car as an owner, (ie registration, loan, title)...You might consider keeping liability on it...I've got a question for you though. If she's moved plum out of the state...why aren't you divorcing her?

"I put this vehicle, on my policy so i could drive it."

Does she have a seperate policy from your policy? If she does go ahead and remove the car from your policy as long as it is not in your name.

" Why am i paying for her to have insurance?"

It seems like you are paying for her to have insurane because you married her. When you become married you combine household and that includes bills. If you do not want to be responsible for her actions then you need to get a divorce.

"I want to remove her from my policy since she is no longer here in the state, and i have no money from her."

If she in living in another state and in possession of the vehicle I would go ahead and remove her. Personally if I had her address I would create a document and have in notarized informing her that you will remove the vehicle from the policy as of a certain date.

Good Luck!
