My son who is a teenager frequently uses my car. Would there be any real problem if he is not covered ?

In case your new viper runs into trouble and you need to sue someone for medical bills, I am sure the party is going to look for your son and get an evaluation of his medical condition.

Its absurd that your son should drive down to places like theatres and gas stations without being covered. You should immediately look forward to getting him covered.

it could affect the companies decision in providing coverage in a loss, its called material misrepresentation. its in your best interest put him on the policy.
