Hi
The demise of an owner poses a serious threat for the small business to last for long. Many such cases have seen the deceased partner taking away the very cause to sustain the business. Henceforth, life insurance could be seen as a precaution to any such threat. Hope this would resolve the purpose.

We should always stay on high alert, since there are some crucial problems like Death, disabilty or perilous diseases which might effect the life of small business at large.
