Searching for holiday insurance info online shows that it covers a holiday-maker from certain financial hazards and unforeseen events.
Does holiday insurance offer the same benefits as travel insurance? Is it possible to avail such benefits for a multi-trip? _________________ Register Now to have your Insurance queries solved. |

| Usually single-trip holiday insurance offers coverage for about 2 to 90 days. It offers a global coverage for individuals or couples. There are also other forms of single trip policies which may even cover for your entire family. |

| You may opt for any yearly holiday insurance coverage too. It might cover you for certain sports (more specifically the adventurous ones), skiing and snowboarding. |

I guess we didn't mention the backpacker insurance.
It's a global coverage stretching as far as Australia or New Zealand. It includes sports and certain physical activities. |

Snowboarding insurance also offers a worldwide coverage for individuals as well as their families. It covers you for about 2 to 60 days. |

| I think holiday insurance is truly useful these days. Apart from skiing or snowboarding you'll be covered for medical costs, trip cancellation, accidents as well as legal charges. A multi-trip holiday insurance would also be helpful if you'd forget to apply for travel insurance. |

I've heard that the holiday insurance policies are cheap and that they cover you for specified periods (stretching from 3 days to 18 months). Make sure you shop a lot before opting for such policies.
