Most of the seniors ask whether their travel insurance cost would be affected by their medical conditions. Medical conditions may or may not affect health insurance premiums that much. For that we'd need to know the type of risk that the insured/applicant is exposed to. We might also need to ask him to fill out a form regarding his health conditions.

It's not unnatural for our seniors to have health insurance back home. It's absolutely logical if they'd like to have home insurance coupled with their travel insurance. _________________ Insuranceguy.ampminsure.org

Today the travel insurance carriers are looking to cover other areas of concern for an applicant. Covering different areas e.g. flight cancellations, personal liability, theft etc. could be their USPs.

Selling travel insurance is a good source of income for all travel agents these days. Travel insurance is something that assure peace of mind and cover you for while you are traveling if the worst was to happen. Travel insurance for senior citizen is also important. It will depend on a particular company that what benefits it provides to the clients. some of the companies will cover a large variety of preexisting medical conditions.
