It is much better for you to contact insurance brokers for the quotes. You'd need to compare the quotes offered by different brokers near your place. There are some websites which would surely provide you with an idea about the entire process and also a hint as to what costs might be involved in it.

Your guardian's auto plan might just be the only option for you keeping in mind the fact the you are not an adult and hence your ability to get a quote or a policy would be restricted. Only when you reach 25 , you might see some real savings.
