| The vehicle was involved in a collision with a taxi and received a fair amount of damages. I was shaken up and received whip lash and severe pains all over my body especially my neck and back. How much compensation am I entitled to and what is the length of time for it to be paid? |

| Compensation depends on the area of the accident, the extend of the injury, the medical treatment needed, your age, etc. All of these, and others, are factors into a settlement. The length of time for it to be paid is when the adjuster had all of the information needed in order to make a reasonable offer. The limitation on this is the Statute of Limitations in your state. Before that is up, you'd need to file suit in order t protect your right to recover. This could be anywhere from 2-6 years. |

| TSCOPE...............it could really take THAT long to get some kind of settlement?! My goodness!! I guess if Insurance Companies are stubborn they could really 'milk' the system, if they wanted to. |
