How old do i have to be before I can ask for insurance on our wave runner?

Does it belong to you or your parents? If it belongs to you then i think you are old enough to get insurance :)
In most states the minimum age limit for insurance is 18. In some states it is 21. You have to check out your state laws regarding this.
