Univest adding another insurance agency

Univest Corp. of Pennsylvania said Friday it was acquiring its fourth insurance agency in the Philadelphia suburbs by buying B.G. Balmer & Co. of Fraser. Financial terms of the deal -- which becomes effective immediately -- were not disclosed.
