Look at plan F if you do not want any out of pocket costs it covers everything all of the gaps original Medicare does not pay.

Written by someone who probably is not a Medicare beneficiary and who doesn't know one either.
Medicare Supplements, including Plan F, will not pay for things that Medicare considers "not medically necessary" -- which is very different than saying "it covers all of the gaps original Medicare does not pay."
If Dave has sold you a policy based on his statement above, I have attorneys who will be happy to sue him and his insurance companies.
