CONSPIRACY against agents??? Is this legit

by Junk Drawer » Thu Aug 28, 2008 04:33 am

I've seen quite a bit of flurry going on about this "Conspiracy Report" has anyone read it?

I've followed the insurance mavericks for some time, and this has some pretty good stuff, but I'm not sure what to think at this point.

Thoughts???

Like fatman said, I'd like to know of someone who has read/watched the stuff they are claiming, and what their thoughts are.

Its a really good reverse psychology sales pitch if nothing else...

If you want to sell a sales program on the internet that is the perfect way to do it...

Has a good hook-the free stuff, then a feeling of being special if you join
(we are maverics against the system, only a limited few can join, ect)

Then they use the best sales motivator: Greed (we made millions and you can too)

While all the time maintaining their benevolence: wer'e only here to help.

If their product is 1 tenth as good as their sales pitch it will probably work really well.

You could just study their sales pitch alone and it would help you sell more.

Hi murph,

I guess you're quite right in depicting it the way you say 'We are maverics against the system'. It reminds me of the all time big hit 'Top gun' :)

They do certainly use the best sales catalyst. But as you can see there are hardly any takers!!
There was a time people would run after such semi-cooked stuffs on the net but now-a-days it is truly hard to achieve if the product is not beneficial at all. Regards, ArindamSenIndies

Guys.. see, in my opinion insurance agents are the captains of the ship of insurance. They are like the team-leaders in any outsourcing sales-unit who get the heat of their sales managers & the dis-satisfaction of the sales agents. They would need to give all explanations demanded out of challenging sales prospects.

Agents have the tough task of highlighting the benefits of their product-lines as well as explaining the cost factor & making things seem more natural for everyone.
Still, at the end of the day it would be them who would be blamed for everything:
* They would need to get blamed for delivering the wrong product to the customer
* They would be blamed for not making prompt premium-payments even when the delay is caused by their customer.
* Agents would also be blamed for forwarding a wrong claim to the carrier even if it is the outcome of any shady tactics involving the health care unit.
So, guys you see why it is easier to get hold of agents & squeeze them so easily- yes, you got me right this time, it is only because agents remain obligated as the front face of their carriers on most occasions.

Also I'd like to add that the agents operate in a highly competitive market, wherein new aspirants are joining in everyday. This too may motivate them to fall into the trap of such sales generators.
