I was just recently in an accident. about to make a left hand turn, oncoming SPEEDING truck hit my front driver side corner of my car. Who is at fault?

^^ the person is not aware that the truck is on his way. Its kinda rude if the reason of that is because you want to suicide. Maybe, the accident happen because of negligence.
I agree that this not an insurance related question since its only about an accident and the author doesnt tell anything about insurance. Maybe, he really needs some help.

How is this not related to insurance? This is a CAR ACCIDENT.
Other viz he making turn with out giving indicator to truck who coming from his backside if he give him indicator then there is truck drivers fault

Certainly he is yet to pop the question of insurance..but don't you think he would like to avoid any insurance claim filed against him?
I believe that's the reason he wants to know whether he's at-fault or not. what do you think?
