This surely is an important piece of information. Thanks for sharing it with us, Agentbuilder. Many bogus leads generating companies have mushroomed across the country over the years but I sincerely doubt their quality in providing business.

What is the average rate of conversion of the leads provided by these lead generating companies?

Thanks,
Rupert

Hey, is it a legit business? I have stumbled upon another company of same name but situated in NC. It seems the other company is into real estate management and doing a legitimate business since they are given the rating 'A' with the BBB.

Hi agentbuilder,

This blog post would certainly help those who are suffering with 'bad leads'!

I'm sure the leads belonging to such companies would not always perform up to your expectations.

I guess the leads-databases would be naturally segregated upon their past conversion rate. This in turn would help determine their rates in the leads market.

Don't you think it's important for you to buy leads only after gaining a fair knowledge of your chosen company's performance in the leads market?
What do you think!

Yes these companies have been coming up all over the country and most are all rips offs. Is this one registered with the BBB? If so why not contact them and tell them your situation im not sure youll get your money back but hopefully it will help so no one else gets ripped off in the future.

Hi GarySnober,

Many of these lead generating companies are doing legitimate business. They are all registered with the BBB.

But does that guarantee a good service or a quality output?

hey, that is really sad. I think you should definitely go to BBB. To my understanding they do have a dispute resolving programs. I think they should be able to help you if it is a BBB accredited company. Besides, yes as garysnobber says you can help a few others not fall in the same pithole n get hurt.

Getting the money back upon a major failure with your leads is not what you're looking for. You'd need to get a better understanding of the leads market. Your success would remain indebted to your kinda product and its demand in your market.

Once you'd experience the different combination of leads targeting different economic segments, you'd have a better understanding of the different factors that bring in success.
