Any body suggest me, Is it possible to check into a company insurance plan to see if a particular medical treatment is covered before accepting a job?

There's a better question to ask:
Do you want the work or not?

Well, I guess you probably can ask this question when you have more than one options. But yeah, it's certainly a good thing to keep your eyes wide open, especially when we're facing a harsh reality today.

The job becomes more important when it offers more or less the same nature of work and returns that you're looking for. At the same time, you must discuss the other things that you get, with your HR. Make sure you're aware of all the terms and conditions clearly.

There probably is. I would just ask your Human Resources Department.

the exact way to approach your concern is, ask a polite question to them.
so that they won't misinterpret you.

Yeah the best thing to do is to clarify your questions directly to their HR head. That would probably answer your queries. But as to this time, checking the insurance plan is not necessary as long as you like and need that job. :D

Ok a ppo is better than an hmo but the best plan is called EPO is the best but i also more expensive, I would suggest you get a ppo because since insurance company's are giving such a hassle to pay most DR won't take an HMO also with a PPO you can go to any doctor that you choose, with an HMO you can only see a DR in your network, you will always have to pay deductible and 20% of your bill, because the other 80% is covered by the insurance company, there is no insurance company that will pay 100% of the bill unless you have medicare and for that you either have to have HIV or be over 65yrs, or medicaid wich if your pregnant or are single mom you mught be able to get. I do some medical billing and to tell you the truth I don;t recommend Humana they don;t like to pay, but you can choose from united helalth care, aetna, blue cross and blue shield, these are some of the most known. Alos have in mimd that an insurance company will ask you a variety of questions depending on your previous health, your weight know, your height, age,any disease etc, depending on that they will decide if togive you insurance or not and the price. I hope i hleped you but if you have any questions you can ask me. Good luck.
