Everything depends on your financial condition, long-term goals and needs. So, in this case, you'll have to consult a financial planner to evaluate the type of life insurance that'll be the best one for you.

Certain basic insurance policies are obviously required for your life. However, you should decide whether or not you can afford it or not.

Make sure you buy some of the basic insurance policies for your security. Before buying the insurance policies, you're required to find out whether or not you can actually afford.

you're required to find out whether or not you can actually afford. This is not true. Insurance companies will gladly sell you a life insurance policy that you cannot afford. In some cases they will sell you a Universal Life insurance policy that looks affordable, but when it fails to perform as illustrated, will become more costly a number of years down the road. Few agents will explain that to you properly.

And many companies do this on a regular basis.

Actually there are a variety of plans available these days. Now the choice would solely depend on your individual circumstances and situation.

Can't make up your mind, can you? Probably because you don't have an insurance license and just pull answers out of vapor.

I'm not pulling answers out of vapor. Need and affordability - both are to be taken into concern. Only after weighing both should a decision be taken.
