I HAD HEALTH INSURANCE BEING WITHDRAWN FROM MY PAYCHECK THEN THE WEEK OF JAN 13 IT STOPPED FOUND OUT THAT THE POLICY WAS CANCELLED BACK IN OCT 09 MY DEDUCTIONS CAME OUT OF MY PAYROLL CHECK THROUGH MY COMPANY WHICH HAS A COMPANY DO THEIR PAYROLL DO I HAVE A RIGHT TO MONEY FROM THE TIME OF CANCELLATION

I've suffered a lot ever since I got in a car accident and lost my wallet in Dec last year. I'd lost 5 of my credit cards, papers and failed to meet some financial obligations till I regained consciousness. I was already in a crunch and now shocked to receive bills amounting to scary figures! They tell that I should've maintained an identity theft protection. Is this an insurance policy!

I do come across terms like insurance fraud investigator, insurance claim investigator and insurance fraud detective so often. Do they point to the same profession? Otherwise, how do I distinguish between them?

I want to thank the state farm insurance adjuster for adjusting my coverage and and contents value of my burned down house to the point I could not recover. I have continued making the paments and maxing out mycred cards since 03 trying to finish my house. Now I am on the verge of bankruptcy and have to let my partially finished house go into forclosure. This was my only house I owned in my life and thanks to State Farm after the fire It was never to be completed. So many things were either underpaid or not covered. With good neighbors like this who needs terrorists.

I'd like to get a brief account of the different types of windshield scams that affect the insurance industry.

There was a catastrophic hail storm in my area. 75% of the roofs in our town were replaced. Hail noted on my ridgecap were within the size that defined "catastrophic", there was also damage to my gutters, decks and shingles. I had 5 contractors confirm hail damage. American family insurance has denied my claim, appeal and attorney request for payment. I know am told in order to sue I have the burden of proof. I dont know how much more proof I need! I am so frustrated!

Just wanna know more about Bad Faith insurance.

Is it true that whatever insurance we get in the market is generally overpriced?

My wife moved all the belongings out of our house and a couple of days later the house caught fire and burnt completely down. She filled out the inventory list and included all the items that she removed from the house. I gave a diposition (euo) and have coroperated with the insurance company. Just got a letter saying that the claim was denied for Concealment, false statements and fraud (dah). I contacted the insurance company and they said that they will probably not file any charges. Its no wonder our insurance preminiums are so high when people get away with this kind of things.
