The devil truely is in the details butt he is easy to spot, all one really needs to do is read and say to themselves, Hmmmmmm, interesting?

For example, the first graphic below IS from an "actual" sales booklet and IS pure fraud.

Wouldn't you agree?

As Jon Stewart would say, WTF?

Now let's contrast what IS "stated" above with Honestly and Integrity, to wit:

Who sells what?

Broker-Dealers and their "Certified Clueless Clown" FINRA "Registered Representatives" have done great harm to the American public's Life Savings, 401Ks, IRAs and other Private Pension Plans by selling unsuitable Variable Annuities with little or no insurance training or understanding of risk management whatsoever.

The first graphic below is actual 2007 sales figures showing the break down of who sells what.

Milking short-term disability benefits...

A close relative of mine went on short-term disability leave back in September right before having early-stage breast cancer surgery and has been receiving short-term disability payments from her employer's insurance company ever since. Following surgery and subsequent radiation (she didn't need chemo), more and more "stuff" started appearing at her house that she'd been buying with the insurance money--new clothes, a new sofa, she's talking about getting a treadmill, etc.--and spending hours online looking up genealogy-related stuff, which is a big hobby of hers.

How would you prevent car insurance frauds?

Well, this one really seems to be a good platform to discuss Insurance fraud. Though I've not come across a way to make sure that my car won't ever be stolen, I'd like to have feed backs regarding the prevention of car insurance frauds. Please also suggest what I should remember while buying a vehicle as also while picking up a repair service following a catastrophe.

What could be the proper punishment?

how much fine will be levied to any person who has made fraudulent activity,
& presented fake receipts to the clients for insurance premiums and later on clients have came to know that all the receipts which were supplied were fake.

Now, how much punishment can be expected to be given to that person by the court? :?: :?:

medical insurance fraud

My ex boyfriend was divorced in 2002, and I don't believe his exwife ever told her employer (the state) that she got divorced, moved or remarried. She had made an agreement with him to carry him on her medical insurance when they got divorced in lieu of him paying for day care. So for 7 years he has been receiving her benefit. I have read you can get Cobra in these cases, but only for 36 months, and I do not believe she would pay that kind of money for him.

orthotics fraud

Hello:

My business partner of several years decided to go into orthotics fraud with an experienced fraudster after we'd run into difficulties in our mutual business. I need to deter him as it not only tarnishes my reputation and the reputation of our business but may also get him into all kinds of legal trouble. Could a knowledgable person please advise what I can do to prevent this. I'm very worried here. We're BC, Canada. Many thanks in advance.
