Do I find health insurance for my dependent children? Can I add them to my own policy?

In order to add your children to your employee benefit program, the age of your children have to be between 19-25. I guess they'd also need to be full-time students while they get included under such plans.

Your child will get coverage continuously once you can show documents (proving his status as a full-time student). This will probably ensure coverage for the entire academic year.
