I was contacted via resume post for an interview with American General. I have been trying to get some info on them as a recruit. The little info I have received is not flattering and appears to be costly. Basic info is you get paid but then have to pay for your training and licensing etc. Can anyone give me the scoop?

Paying for licensing and being reimbursed is common with a lot of companies. American General is a decent company and part of AIG (not the bankrupt part).
